This passion embraces wine with a constant obsession for teaching, for giving access to Burgundian culture to the greatest number of people. With the complicity of his friend Jacky Rigaux, this was his imaginative starting point for the creation of the Permis de Bourgogne.

Director of Bourgogne Life (Permis de Bourgogne wine licence, media dedicated to the World of Wine..)
